He is Such an Example for all the Director all over the Globe. Director's should watch his and learn that how to make Movies. His Career was started in 1998 and in the starting of his career he made such a great movie such a fantastic movie that when you watch this movie you will say oh ya this is the movie. But I am very upset because of the Indian Director's and producer's they should learn from his movie but they didn't learned they just copied .
He just Copied the movie Momento change the Charector with Suriya , Asin , Nayantara and Pradeep Rawat and just changed the name Momento to Ghajini and made a movie with in a budget of 1.1 Million USD and got appreciated with the Tamil Audience in the year 2005. Marketing was good earning was Good and when all the things going Good in Bollywood Everybody get a chance to copy it again.
Indian Director's should think about it . Bollywood is the second best Industry in Movie making now it's time to be on the top but how. By copying all their films. Now its Enough we have only one movie which one is Oscar Winner but why .........

Ya I am talking about Momento .It is a 2000 American neo-noir Psychological thriller film directed by Christopher Nolan. The Screenplay was written by Nolan based on his younger brother Jonathan Nolan short story "Momento Mori". It Stars such an amazing Actor Guy Pierce , Carry-Anne-Moss and Joe Pantoliano . Momento is presented as two different Sequence of Scene: A series in black and white that is shown Chronologically and aseries of color sequence shown in reverse order. the two sequences meet at the end of the film producing one common story.
In July 1996, brothers Christopher and Jonathan Nolan took a cross country road trip from Chicago to Los Angeles, as a Christopher was relocatin his home to West Coast. During the drive Jonathan pithched the story for the film to his brother, who responded enthusiastically to the Idea. After they arrived in Los Angeles, Jonathan left for Washington. D.C to finish college at Georgetown University. Christopher repeatedly asked Jonathan to send him a first draft , and after a few months, Jonathan Complied. Two months later, Christopher came up with the idea to tell the film backwards , and began to work on the screenplay , Jonathan wrote the short story simultaneously , and the brothers continued to correspond, sending each other subsequent revisions of their respective works.

although it maintains the all essential elements, In Jonathan version, Leonard is instead named Earl and is a patient in mental institution. As in the film, his wife was killed by an anonymous man, and during the attack on his wife, earl lost his ability to create new long-term memories.Like Leonard, Earl leaves notes to himself and has tattoos with information about the killer.However , in the short story, earl convinces himself through his own written notes to escape the mental institution and murder his wife's killer. Unlike the film, there is no ambiguity that Earl finds and kills the anonymous man.
In july 1997, Christopher's then - girlfriend Emma Thomson showed his Screenplay to Aaron Ryder, an executive of Newmarket Films. Ryder said the script was "perhaps the most Innovative script I had ever seen" and soon after , it was optioned by New market and given a budget of $4.5 million. Pre-production lasted seven weeks, during which the main shooting location changed from Montreal , Quebec to Los Angeles , California, to create a more realistic and noirish atmosphere for the film.
